REGULAR AGENDA

Consider and take appropriate action on a Resolution of the Board of Managers of the Travis County Healthcare District approving the issuance and the terms, provisions and pricing of the District’s Certificates of Obligation, Taxable Series 2011 (Limited Tax); approving the form of and requesting that the Travis County Commissioners Court approve and adopt an order to authorize the issuance of such certificates for the purposes of financing the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of the District’s health care facilities; approving the form, terms and provisions of a bond purchase agreement and the execution and delivery thereof; and other related actions.
