Do you get your medicines from the Medical Assistance Program (MAP)? Now it’s easier than ever to get your prescriptions filled.
Effective Date: August 1, 2011
As of 8/1/2011 you can get your medicines from any of the listed pharmacies.
How can I move my prescription to a new pharmacy?
Call the new pharmacy and tell them your prescription numbers so they can be moved.
Take your medicines to the new pharmacy and ask to have them moved.
CommUnityCare’s Central Pharmacy direct mail program will not be affected by this change.
