Only those who sign up to speak through the form below or by calling 512-978-9190 and leaving a voicemail message 90 minutes prior to the meeting will be allowed to speak. We appreciate your patience.

You must sign up 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting (4:00 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. start time).
