CommUnityCare offers family and internal medicine, including pediatrics, in Manor.

Manor Mustang Health Center

Central Health funds health care services for young people and their families at a portable on the campus of Manor New Tech Middle School.

Location:10323 US Hwy. 290 E., Building 35, Manor, TX 78653

Hours: Monday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Wednesday, 9:15 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Fridays, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Services are offered by People’s Community Clinic and Integral Care. We are thankful to the Manor Independent School District for allowing the use of a portable classroom on the Manor New Tech Middle School campus.

People’s Community Clinic is conducting a health needs assessment for Manor. Results from this assessment will inform future decisions, including the possibility to move into a larger facility.

Northeast Health Resource Center

The Northeast Health Resource Center offers the following health and social services:

  • Eligibility and enrollment services for Central Health’s Medical Access Program (MAP), Medicaid, CHIP, and Healthy Texas Women’s Family Planning Program
  • Screening services for blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol
  • Diabetes education for individuals with diabetes
  • Basic needs resources and application assistance
  • Immunizations
  • Flu shots
  • Physical exams
  • Family planning services
  • Nutritional counseling

Location: Volma Overton Elementary, Portable 7B, 7201 Colony Loop Dr.*

*Note: From Sept. 23 – 30, services will be offered at Turner-Roberts Recreation Center: 7201 Colony Loop Drive, Austin, TX 78724.

SERVICES COMING SOON

Northeast Health Center

Central Health is working with the City of Austin and Austin Independent School District to identify a piece of land to place a larger (between 2,000 – 2,500 square feet) modular facility. Services currently offered at the Northeast Health Resource Center will move to this location.

Target Completion Date: late 2019

Northeast Health & Wellness Center

The collective long-term vision of the Eastern Travis County Health and Wellness Collaboration is to construct a health care facility as proposed in the City of Austin Master Plan for Colony Park. Central Health, CommUnityCare, Integral Care and the City of Austin have identified 10-acres of land for consideration on Loyola Lane between Johnny Morris Road and Decker Lane. The next phase of the project includes a search for a master developer.

Target Completion Date: 2020

Community First! Village

Mobile Loaves and Fishes has offered land near the Community First! Village and assistance with the construction of a health center that would offer services to residents of Northeast Travis County and residents of Community First! Village.

While the City of Austin completes its larger Master Plan Development, this facility will provide health services to the residents of Colony Park.

Target Completion Date: January 2019
