Este es un mensaje importante para los miembros de MAP y MAP Basic que usan un monitor de glucosa.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Si usas un Medidor de glucosa TRUE METRIX<\/strong> La FDA ha retirado del mercado estos medidores a partir del 28 de abril de 2026.<\/p>\n

Puedes seguir usando tu medidor True Metrix. Si tienes acceso a otro medidor de glucosa en sangre, por favor \u00fasalo en su lugar. La FDA tiene m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre lo que puedes hacer siguiendo el enlace al final de este aviso.<\/p>\n

Al usar TRUE METRIX, es posible que vea un error de \u201cE-5\u201d. Esto puede indicar un nivel de az\u00facar en la sangre muy alto (superior a 600 mg\/dL) o un problema con el medidor. Por su seguridad, no cambie la insulina ni otros medicamentos para la diabetes debido a un error E-5.<\/p>\n

Si ves un error E5, aseg\u00farate de volver a probar. Si todav\u00eda ves el error E5 y tienes s\u00edntomas como mareos, sudoraci\u00f3n, confusi\u00f3n o mucha sed, llama a tu proveedor<\/strong><\/em> enseguida.<\/p>\n

El n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de tu cl\u00ednica est\u00e1 en tu tarjeta MAP.<\/p>\n

Llama al 911 o ve a la sala de emergencias<\/strong> inmediatamente si te sientes muy enfermo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
