CommUnityCare Mobile Clinic will operate from Southeast Health & Wellness Center @ 2901 Montopolis Dr. Austin, TX 78741. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am – 4pm. The RV will be parked at the back of the building under the awning till further notice. Call us at 512-978-8760 to make an appointment.
