Kidney Support Group – English Class

Have you been diagnosed with kidney disease? Is your loved one experiencing kidney disease? Are you looking for a group of people to turn to for support?
Come to our support group for individuals with kidney disease, a community that will help you cope with and manage your kidney disease.
WHO: English-speaking adults with kidney disease, receiving dialysis, or have had a kidney transplant
WHEN: Bi-weekly Thursdays starting September 9, 2021 (6-sessions) (9/23,10/7,10/21,11/4,11/18)
TIME: 6pm – 7pm
