Central Health Medical Access Program (MAP) is now scheduling in-person appointments for individuals applying for MAP.  Call 512-978-8130 to schedule an appointment at one of the following locations – Central Health Southeast Health & Wellness Center located at 2901 Montopolis Dr. Austin, Tx 78741 or the Central Health Northeast Health Resource Center located at 6711 Johnny Morris Rd Austin, Tx 78724. Individuals experiencing homelessness may be seen on a walk-in basis at Southeast Health and Wellness, all other applicants can continue to apply online at www.centralhealth.net/get-started or over the phone by calling 512-978-8130
