Notice to the Public

The Central Health Board of Managers will modify its meeting schedule and practices in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To reduce the possibility of infection as a result of in-person meetings, the board will meet via video/teleconference beginning with the Board of Managers meeting on Wednesday, March 25. This practice will continue for all future meetings until further notice.

Pursuant to an Emergency Executive Order issued March 16, 2020 by Governor Greg Abbott, government bodies in Texas are allowed to hold such video or teleconference meetings without any members present in a physical location.

As required by state law, notice of this and future meetings will be posted online at www.centralhealth.net/meetings as well as the Travis County Clerk’s website, which can be searched at www.tccsearch.org. The requirement for a physical posting has been waived through the Emergency Order.

Members of the public may access the meeting by dialing toll-free 888-501-0031 and entering the meeting ID number 149 927 3238 when prompted. The system will allow for two-way communication by members of the public, as required by established meeting rules.

The meeting can be joined using most computers and mobile devices, allowing for audio and video, or using any telephone (cellular or land line) to listen to audio only. A recording of the meeting will be made available to the public through the Central Health website as soon as possible following the conclusion of the meeting.

Meetings Portal

Central Health webcasts all Board of Managers and Budget & Finance Committee meetings live on the third and fourth Wednesday of each month respectively. Meeting video is then archived for on-demand viewing. Materials for all other meetings, including agendas and supplemental materials, are archived via the portal. It is not Central Health’s practice to webcast committee meetings.

If you experience problems watching a meeting on our website, try our YouTube channel.

If you experience any problems viewing either a live or on-demand video, please complete the form below and a team member will be in touch to help resolve the issue.

  • Which meeting were you attempting to watch? Please include the date.

Meeting Materials Archive

We are presently converting Board of Managers meeting packets and minutes into a new, interactive format accessible via the Meetings Portal above, and that are also ADA compliant.

At this time, agendas and minutes for board meetings, including committee meetings, held prior to 2017 may only be obtained by request using the form below.

Use the form below to request archived meeting agendas, minutes, or packets. Supply as much information as possible, and a member of the Central Health team will be in touch as soon as possible to fulfill your request.
  • Provide the date or dates requested, or describe the agenda items or issues that were discussed.
  • This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
