The Committee may meet via videoconference with a quorum present in person and will allow
\npublic participation via videoconference and telephone as allowed under the Open Meetings Act.
\nAlthough a quorum of the Committee will be physically present at the location posted in this
\nmeeting notice, we strongly encourage all members of the public to observe the meeting virtually
\nand participate in public comment, if desired, through the virtual meeting link or telephone
\nnumber listed on this meeting notice.<\/p>\n

A member of the public who wishes to make comments virtually during the Public Communication
\nportion of the meeting must properly register with Central Health no later than 2:30 p.m. on
\nAugust 12, 2026<\/b>. Registration can be completed in one of three ways:<\/p>\n
