\u5728\u7279\u62c9\u7ef4\u65af\u53bf\u3001\u5df4\u65af\u7279\u7f57\u666e\u53bf\u548c\u5a01\u5ec9\u59c6\u68ee\u53bf\u7ecf\u8425\u7740 28 \u5bb6\u4fdd\u5065\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8054\u90a6\u5408\u683c\u4fdd\u5065\u4e2d\u5fc3 (FQHC) \u9075\u5faa\u7f8e\u56fd\u75be\u75c5\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u9884\u9632\u4e2d\u5fc3 (CDC) \u5173\u4e8e\u5982\u4f55\u4e0e\u60a3\u8005\u6c9f\u901a\u4ee5\u53ca\u6c9f\u901a\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u6307\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\"\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u547c\u5438\u9053\u75be\u75c5\u4f1a\u8ba9\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u9002\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u662f\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\"CommUnityCare \u535a\u58eb\u8bf4\u3002\"\u6211\u4eec\u6b63\u5904\u4e8e\u611f\u5192\u548c\u6d41\u611f\u5b63\u8282\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u75c7\u72b6\u4e0e\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u76f8\u4f3c\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u5458\u5de5\u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u591a\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u76f8\u5173\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u9f13\u52b1\u524d\u5f80 CommUnityCare \u5065\u5eb7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6234\u4e0a\u75c5\u6bd2\u9632\u62a4\u53e3\u7f69\uff0c\u8bca\u6240\u514d\u8d39\u63d0\u4f9b\u8fd9\u79cd\u53e3\u7f69\u3002CommUnityCare \u8fd8\u5411\u5176\u6574\u4e2a\u4fdd\u5065\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u548c\u5458\u5de5\u5206\u53d1\u82f1\u6587\u548c\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u6587\u7684\u6982\u51b5\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3002\u8be5\u6982\u51b5\u4ecb\u7ecd\u5305\u62ec\u5982\u4f55\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u4ed6\u4eba\u514d\u53d7\u547c\u5438\u9053\u75be\u75c5\u4fb5\u5bb3\u7684\u9884\u9632\u63d0\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4fdd\u62a4\u81ea\u5df1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7ecf\u5e38\u7528\u80a5\u7682\u548c\u6c34\u6d17\u624b\u81f3\u5c11
