{"id":158860,"date":"2021-04-26T15:00:07","date_gmt":"2021-04-26T20:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/3.226.138.131\/?p=158860"},"modified":"2021-04-26T15:00:07","modified_gmt":"2021-04-26T20:00:07","slug":"central-health-launches-covid-vaccine-equity-payments-program","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.centralhealth.net\/zh\/central-health-launches-covid-vaccine-equity-payments-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Central Health \u542f\u52a8 COVID \u75ab\u82d7\u80a1\u6743\u652f\u4ed8\u8ba1\u5212"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u65b0\u8ba1\u5212\u65e8\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u96c6\u4e2d\u529b\u91cf\u4e3a COVID-19 \u4f4f\u9662\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u98ce\u9669\u8f83\u9ad8\u7684\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u793e\u533a\u63a5\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u89e3\u51b3\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">(\u5f97\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u5965\u65af\u6c40\uff09- Central Health \u542f\u52a8\u4e86\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\u516c\u5e73\u652f\u4ed8\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7279\u62c9\u7ef4\u65af\u53bf\u62c9\u7f8e\u88d4\u3001\u975e\u88d4\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u548c\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u75ab\u82d7\u63a5\u79cd\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\uff0cCentral Health \u5c06\u5411\u53c2\u4e0e\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u8054\u90a6\u5408\u683c\u533b\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3 (FQHC) \u652f\u4ed8\u4e3a\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u5c45\u6c11\u63a5\u79cd\u6bcf\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u533b\u7597\u8865\u52a9\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u9669\u670d\u52a1\u4e2d\u5fc3 (CMS) \u7684\u62a5\u9500\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8054\u90a6\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u5c06\u5bf9\u6bcf\u79cd\u75ab\u82d7\u8fdb\u884c\u5956\u52b1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\"\u4e00\u9879\u53c8\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u7279\u62c9\u7ef4\u65af\u53bf\u4e1c\u90e8\u7684 COVID-19 \u611f\u67d3\u7387\u3001\u4f4f\u9662\u7387\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u8f83\u9ad8\uff0c\u4f46\u75ab\u82d7\u63a5\u79cd\u7387\u5374\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u5fc5\u987b\u6539\u53d8\uff0c\"Central Health \u603b\u88c1\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Mike Geeslin \u8bf4\u3002\"Central Health \u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u5c06\u5f31\u52bf\u7fa4\u4f53\u4e0e\u4f18\u8d28\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u8054\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\u6d3b\u5f97\u66f4\u957f\u3001\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u75ab\u82d7\u516c\u5e73\u652f\u4ed8\u8ba1\u5212\u9f13\u52b1\u5730\u65b9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u643a\u624b\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u80fd\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u6709\u6548\u5730\u4e3a\u5c45\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u591a\u83b7\u5f97\u8fd9\u79cd\u6551\u547d\u75ab\u82d7\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Central Health \u5c06\u4e0e\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u7279\u62c9\u7ef4\u65af\u53bf\u62e5\u6709\u5e7f\u6cdb\u8bca\u6240\u7f51\u7edc\u7684\u6210\u719f\u533b\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec Central Health \u9644\u5c5e\u7684 CommUnityCare \u533b\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3001\u4eba\u6c11\u793e\u533a\u8bca\u6240\u548c Lone Star Circle of Care\u3002\u75ab\u82d7\u516c\u5e73\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5141\u8bb8\u8fd9\u4e9b\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u6269\u5927\u5916\u8054\u548c\u534f\u8c03\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0cCentral Health \u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e24\u4e2a\u4f18\u5148\u5c42\u7ea7\uff0c\u53ef\u7ed3\u5408\u8d77\u6765\u96c6\u4e2d\u5f00\u5c55\u75ab\u82d7\u63a5\u79cd\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c 1 \u5c42\u5305\u62ec Central Health \u533b\u7597\u51c6\u5165\u8ba1\u5212\uff08MAP \u548c MAP BASIC\uff09\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6536\u5165\u8fbe\u5230\u6216\u4f4e\u4e8e 200% \u8054\u90a6\u8d2b\u56f0\u7ebf\u7684\u65e0\u4fdd\u9669\u7279\u62c9\u7ef4\u65af\u53bf\u5c45\u6c11\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c 2 \u7ea7\u5305\u62ec 20 \u4e2a\u90ae\u653f\u7f16\u7801\u4e2d\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90ae\u653f\u7f16\u7801\u88ab\u786e\u5b9a\u4e3a\u9633\u6027\u75c5\u4f8b\u53d1\u751f\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\u3001\u793e\u533a\u6301\u7eed\u6269\u6563\u4ee5\u53ca\u53d7 COVID-19 \u76f8\u5173\u5165\u9662\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u5f71\u54cd\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u5730\u533a\u3002\u6240\u6709 MAP \u548c MAP BASIC \u6210\u5458\u4e2d\u6709\u8fd1 90% \u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90ae\u653f\u7f16\u7801\u4e2d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u9ed1\u4eba\u548c\u62c9\u4e01\u88d4\u5c45\u6c11\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u4eba\u7fa4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7528\u6765\u8868\u793a\u65e0\u5bb6\u53ef\u5f52\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u90ae\u653f\u7f16\u7801 78767\u3002<\/p>\n<table style=\"border-collapse: collapse;
