\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u533a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u59cb\u4e8e 2019 \u5e74\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6 Central Health \u8981\u6c42\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u533a\u53e0\u52a0\uff0c\u5373\u7ed3\u5408\u516c\u5171\uff08P\uff09\u5206\u533a\u548c\u4e2d\u592e\u5546\u52a1\u533a\uff08CBD\uff09\u5206\u533a\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u79cb\u5929\uff082020 \u5e74\uff09\uff0c\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u91cd\u65b0\u542f\u52a8\u4e86\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u533a\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u51b3\u5b9a\u8ba1\u5212\u5355\u5143\u5f00\u53d1 (PUD) \u662f\u5b9e\u73b0 Central Health \u8981\u6c42\u7684\u6700\u5408\u9002\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u6839\u636e PUD\uff0c\u8be5\u7269\u4e1a\u5c06\u7b26\u5408 CBD \u5730\u5757\u5f00\u53d1\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u5bb9\u79ef\u7387 (FAR) \u4e3a 25:1\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u8fdb\u884c\u5bc6\u96c6\u7684\u6df7\u5408\u7528\u9014\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u4e3a Central Health \u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u591a\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u652f\u4ed8\u672a\u6765\u7684\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n

Central Health \u5728\u8be5\u7269\u4e1a\u4e0a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u662f 2033 \u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u53d1\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\uff0c\u8be5\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u662f\u4e3a\u652f\u6301\u5fb7\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5927\u5b66\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u5206\u6821\u800c\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u3002\u4e00\u680b 17 \u5c42\u7684\u529e\u516c\u697c\u6b63\u5728\u5efa\u8bbe\u4e2d\uff0c\u5730\u79df 99 \u5e74\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1 2022 \u5e74\u5f00\u4e1a\u3002\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u5c06\u5728\u79df\u8d41\u671f\u5185\u5411 Central Health \u652f\u4ed8\u7ea6 $4.3 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u30022033 \u5e74\u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u53d1\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u652f\u4ed8 Central Health\u00a02020\u8d22\u653f\u5e74\u5ea6$1,548,429\u7f8e\u5143\u00a0<\/strong>\u4e24\u5757\u571f\u5730\u3002Ascension Seton \u5728 2020 \u8d22\u5e74\u5411 Central Health \u652f\u4ed8\u4e86 $9,390,624 \u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u79df\u8d41\u4e00\u680b\u540d\u4e3a\u4e34\u5e8a\u6559\u80b2\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u529e\u516c\u697c\u548c\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e Dell Seton \u533b\u7597\u4e2d\u5fc3\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u505c\u8f66\u573a\u3002Central Health \u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u8bc4\u4f30\u8be5\u5730\u4ea7\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

2033 \u9ad8\u7b49\u6559\u80b2\u53d1\u5c55\u57fa\u91d1\u4f1a\u7684\u65b0\u529e\u516c\u697c\u542f\u7528\u540e\uff0c\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u65b0\u5174\u521b\u65b0\u533a\u7684\u65d7\u8230\uff0c\u8be5\u521b\u65b0\u533a\u7531 Central Health\u3001UT Austin \u548c Ascension Seton \u53d1\u8d77\uff0c\u5e76\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8054\u76df\u548c\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u673a\u9047\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec HealthSouth \u91cd\u5efa\u9879\u76ee\u548c\u6ed1\u94c1\u5362\u7eff\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n
