Kitchen\uff09\u548c\u83b1\u65af\u5229-\u666e\u5c14\uff08Leslie Pool\uff09\u5171\u540c\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5e02\u653f\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u5728\u672a\u6765 90 \u5929\u5185\u5c06\u5e02\u516c\u5e73\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u7eb3\u5165\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6307\u6325\u7ed3\u6784\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u793e\u533a\u54a8\u8be2\u5c0f\u7ec4\u5236\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6a21\u5f0f\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5efa\u8bae\u7531 \u63d0\u51fa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\"\u5728\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u53d1\u751f\u540e\u7684\u5934\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\uff0c\u6709\u8272\u4eba\u79cd\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u7ed3\u679c\u65b9\u9762\u663e\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u7740\u660e\u663e\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5dee\u5f02\u672c\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7684\u3002\u51ac\u5b63\u98ce\u66b4\u53ea\u662f\u8ba9\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5dee\u8ddd\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u660e\u663e\u3002\u8fd9\u5728\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u7684\u62c9\u4e01\u88d4\u548c\u9ed1\u4eba\u4e2d\u5c24\u4e3a\u660e\u663e\uff0c\"\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u516c\u5e73\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u8bfa\u62c9-\u5eb7\u65af\u6258\u514b\uff08Nora Comstock\uff09\u8bf4\u3002\"\u8fd9\u4e00\u6279\u51c6\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u672c\u5e02\u5e94\u6025\u51c6\u5907\u65b9\u6cd5\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u8f6c\u53d8\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u7167\u987e\u6211\u4eec\u6700\u8106\u5f31\u7684\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u516c\u5e73\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08PEC\uff09\u662f\u5168\u5fd7\u613f\u7684 Central Health \u516c\u5e73\u653f\u7b56\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e8e 2020 \u5e74 12 \u6708\u5f00\u59cb\u4e3e\u884c\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e0e\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u5e76\u63d0\u51fa\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4e3a\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u88ab\u8fb9\u7f18\u5316\u7684\u4eba\u7fa4\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2021 \u5e74 2 \u6708\u7684\u51ac\u5b63\u98ce\u66b4 \"\u4e4c\u91cc \"\u4f7f\u4eba\u4eec\u66f4\u52a0\u5173\u6ce8\u7f3a\u4e4f\u516c\u5e73\u89c4\u5212\u548c\u5e94\u5bf9\u5168\u793e\u533a\u707e\u5bb3\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u7279\u62c9\u7ef4\u65af\u53bf\u6570\u4ee5\u5343\u8ba1\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u505c\u7535\u3001\u505c\u6c34\u3001\u505c\u8fd0\u6570\u65e5\u3002CHEP \u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u9879\u76ee\u6267\u884c\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u52aa\u529b\u5c06\u6781\u7aef\u5929\u6c14\u4e8b\u4ef6\u7684\u89c4\u5212\u548c\u5e94\u5bf9\u63aa\u65bd\u7eb3\u5165\u5efa\u8bae\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>CHEP \u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u5e73\u7b49\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u5efa\u8bae\u5305\u62ec<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u516c\u5e73\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5965\u65af\u6c40\u5e02\u5e94\u6025\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4efd\u5e38\u9752\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e76\u6539\u8fdb\u6570\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u89e3\u51b3\u5907\u707e\u95ee\u9898<\/li>\n<li>\u5236\u5b9a\u6807\u51c6\u64cd\u4f5c\u7a0b\u5e8f (SOP)\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u4e3a\u6d25\u8d34\u548c\u57f9\u8bad\u5206\u914d\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u793e\u533a\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55<\/li>\n<li>\u7d27\u6025\u884c\u52a8\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08EOC\uff09\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c<\/li>\n<li>\u5236\u5b9a\u5c06\u4f20\u64ad\u5185\u5bb9\u7ffb\u8bd1\u6210\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u8bed\u3001\u4e94\u79cd\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u6570\u6700\u591a\u7684\u4e9a\u6d32\u8bed\u8a00\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7684\u8bed\u8a00\u7684 SOP<\/li>\n<li>\u66f4\u65b0\u5371\u5bb3\u98ce\u9669\u6307\u6570<\/li>\n<li>\u8003\u8651\u8bbe\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u957f\u671f\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u5728\u707e\u5bb3\u671f\u95f4\u4e3a\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u5e94\u6025\u8d44\u91d1\u6d41<\/li>\n<li>\u7f16\u5199\u548c\u5ba1\u67e5\u6709\u5173\u5f97\u514b\u8428\u65af\u5dde\u4e2d\u90e8\u4ee5\u5f80\u707e\u96be\u7684\u4e8b\u540e\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u53ef\u5438\u53d6\u54ea\u4e9b\u7ecf\u9a8c\u6559\u8bad\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5185\u4e71\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5305\u62ec\u4f7f\u7528\u793e\u4f1a\u8106\u5f31\u6027\u6307\u6570\u548c SOP<\/li>\n<li>\u4e3a\u53d7\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u8857\u533a\/\u5730\u533a\u5236\u5b9a\u672c\u5730\u5316\u7684\u5e94\u6025\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5730\u533a\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u6538\u5173\u65b9\u5408\u4f5c<\/li>\n<li>\u786e\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e2a\u7531\u591a\u65b9\u6311\u9009\u7684\u4eba\u5458\u7ec4\u6210\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u5ba1\u67e5\u548c\u8bc4\u4f30\u5e73\u673a\u4f1a\u7684\u5e94
