Free, bilingual and open to the community

Join our accessible yoga classes to reduce stress, support your physical and mental health, improve balance and flexibility.

Yoga for stress management and nervous system regulation – first and third Saturdays each month.

Tai Chi (slow, controlled movements with deep breathing and focused intention to improve balance, flexibility, and strength) – second and fourth Saturdays each month.
