THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 6.0 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $6.18 (SIX DOLLARS AND EIGHTTEEN CENTS).
