Central Health Northeast Health & Resource Center
Attention: The Northeast Health Resource Center (NEHRC) has some services that are temporarily unavailable as we replace our current clinic building with a brand-new modular clinic. During this time, services will shift to other locations.
Central Health’s Northeast Resource Center provides local support to residents in the Colony Park/Lakeside community. The resource center helps the community access and apply for resources such as WIC, housing, and more.

Central Health Clinical Education Center
The Clinical Education Center helps people feel better and stay healthy. Patients can get care to help them move more easily, reduce pain, and recover from injuries or health conditions. The care team supports mental health, helps patients understand and manage their medications, and provides nutrition guidance to support healthy food choices.
