WELCOME TO CENTRAL HEALTH'S MEDICAL ACCESS PROGRAM (MAP) OR MAP BASIC
MAP and MAP Basic connect members like you to local doctors, dentists, pharmacies, and specialists.
Schedule your First Appointment
The first step as a new member is to schedule an appointment with a primary care provider (PCP).
Your primary care provider (PCP) is the doctor, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant you will see first for your medical care. They will make sure all your healthcare providers, including specialists, work together.
Call the clinic’s phone number on your membership card to schedule a new patient visit as soon as possible,
