Liliana Beverido is a speaker, author, mindfulness instructor, and life coach based right here in Austin, currently pursuing a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. For more than 20 years, she’s brought her warmth and wisdom to workshops and community programs across Central Texas, inspiring especially women and the Hispanic community to build resilience, self-love, and lasting well-being.

Ruben Pizarro is a health professional and community advocate with a background in general medicine and a specialty in rehabilitation and sports medicine. He currently serves as a health services navigator and patient advocate with Caritas of Austin, supporting veterans and their families, and brings decades of experience as a university professor, certified community health worker instructor, and Spanish-language medical interpreter.

Danitza Verdugo is a certified Zumba instructor with more than 14 years of experience and a beloved Central Health partner for nearly a decade, teaching free classes that bring the community together. She’s also a community leader, speaker, wellness coach, and co-founder of TASL, a family development firm connecting families with local schools in their own language.

Margarita Foss is a Latina immigrant, mother, and certified emotional wellness coach who turned her own story into a mission of empowerment for others. She holds certifications in life coaching, neuro-linguistic programming, and emotional management, and is the author of Que Te Valga Madre el Pasado and co-host of The Empowered Latina Podcast, celebrated for her impact on communities across and beyond Texas.
