2026 Community Conversations

Your Voice Helps Connect Neighbors to Care

Central Health, CommUnityCare Health Centers, and Sendero Health Plans are bringing community members, local leaders, and Central Health system leadership together to listen and learn directly from residents about how care is showing up in our neighborhoods and how it can be better connected.

Central Health Community Conversations are designed for residents to speak, share experiences, and help shape how care is accessed, delivered, and connected locally.

Join us to share your perspective on how we can:

  • Reduce wait times and improve patient navigation through the system.
  • Make access to primary, specialty, and behavioral health care easier and closer to home.
  • Better support unhoused neighbors through coordinated care and health coverage.
  • Strengthen connections across clinics, care teams, and support services.
