For Central Health, Fiscal Year 2026 will be our “Year of Access.” This theme reflects our top priority for the upcoming budget: closing the health care gap in Travis County and ensuring every resident can get the care they need—when and where they need it.

- Creating a connected system so care feels seamless, not scattered.
- Maximizing the value of every tax dollar to reach more people with better care.
