BOIL WATER NOTICE AND WATER DISTRIBUTION / AVISO DE HERVIR AGUA Y DISTRIBUCIÓN DE AGUA

February 6, 2022

The City of Austin has issued a citywide boil water notice.

City of Austin water customers should boil tap water for at least two minutes before using water for drinking or cooking.

 Do not take medications with tap water unless it has been boiled.   

This boil water notice could last for several days.

Public water distribution centers as of Tuesday, Feb. 8:

Travis County Expo Center
7311 Decker Lane, Austin, TX 78724
Hours:  Open Noon to 8 p.m.

Southeast Metropolitan Park
4511 State Hwy 71, Del Valle, TX 78617
Hours:  Open Noon to 8 p.m.

Austin Water Glen Bell Service Center*
3907 S. Industrial Dr, Austin, TX 78744
Hours: Open 24 Hours
* Customers must bring an empty water container.

Austin Water North Service Center*

Hours: Open 24 Hours
* Customers must bring an empty water container.

Check your MAP/ MAP BASIC card to see when your coverage expires. Don’t wait until the last minute to renew.

To renew you can complete an application at apply4map.net or call 512-978-8130 to complete an application over the phone.
