Six week program to improve your health in a fun way. Learn new healthy recipes. Classes are led by CommUnityCare’s Registered Dietitians in Spanish. Space is limited and must you register at 512-978-9269.
Join us to reduce stress, support your mental health, and meet new people. The classes are free and bilingual, but childcare is not available. Please arrive ten minutes early to register. Mats and blocks will be provided.
