Community Health Champions Annual Celebration 2025

Join Central Health for the 2025 Community Health Champions Annual Celebration— a special gathering that honors the people and partners driving a healthier, more equitable Travis County. This year, we celebrate our shared commitment to care without conditions, highlighting efforts to support residents experiencing homelessness and improve access to health care across our community.

Enjoy a reception-style luncheon with opportunities to connect, network, and hear brief remarks recognizing this year’s Community, Health, and Champion Award recipients—individuals and organizations leading meaningful change. Together, we will celebrate shared progress and take action through donation drives benefiting the Central Health Bridge Program and The Hungry Hill Foundation, both serving neighbors without stable housing.
