Central Health, CommUnityCare Health Centers, and Sendero Health Plans are bringing community members, local leaders, and Central Health system leadership together to listen and learn directly from residents about how care is showing up in our neighborhoods and how it can be better connected.
Community Conversations are designed for residents to speak, share experiences, and help shape how care is accessed, delivered, and connected locally.
