Join us for a virtual presentation on the Overdose Prevention Champions Program—a new way Central Health and CommUnityCare Health Centers are helping connect people to life-saving care before a crisis happens.
Learn how trained staff are helping reduce stigma and connect patients and the community with overdose prevention and harm reduction resources at every clinic location, part of one system working to get people help earlier.
