Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Report
Transforming Local Care
In 2025, Central Health made measurable progress in building a more connected health care system for Travis County. This report shows how coordinated care, expanded access, and responsible stewardship are improving health and bringing services closer to home.

Trust, Built in Practice
The 2025 fiscal year marked a turning point for Central Health. Long-term planning and community partnerships produced visible progress across the public health system—care that is more connected, easier to navigate, and more accountable to Travis County residents. By aligning care delivery, operations, and strategy across the system, Central Health reduced duplication, improved coordination, and made it easier for patients to get the right care at the right time.
That progress is rooted in a simple belief: preventing crises before they happen leads to better outcomes for everyone. Through primary care, behavioral health, and support tied to stable living conditions, Central Health is addressing health where it starts. In 2025, that commitment took shape in new and expanded facilities across Travis County, including the Del Valle Health & Wellness Center, and continued growth in specialty care, closing gaps and bringing access closer to the communities that need it most.
