For date of service on and after September 1, 2018, Check or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) is made by MediView.

For date of service prior to and on August 31, 2018, Check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is made by Seton Health Plan/ABS

Information for New Providers

If you are a provider and you need to verify eligibility through Central Health’s Medical Access Program, please read the Online Agreement and fill out the pre-registration form. After you submit the form, an Eligibility Services team member will contact you to finalize your registration.

This service is for providers who need to verify eligibility through Central Health’s Medical Access Program.
