All Central Health facilities, including CommUnityCare Health Centers and Sendero Health Plans, will be closed for in-person services Monday, Jan. 26 due to ongoing weather. Staff will contact affected patients or members to reschedule appointments or transition them to telehealth visits to ensure continuity of care.
