EpicCare Link
Central Health uses EpicCare Link to provide easy and secure access to patient records, as well as a secure communication method between providers and our system, all on one platform. This allows providers/partners to avoid communication by email or fax, facilitating coordination of care between providers/partners and helping keep our patients’ information safer.
Providers/partners include doctors, administrators, case managers, referrals staff, billers, long-term care facilities, correctional facilities, etc. Anyone who collaborates in patient care with Central Health could utilize EpicCare Link.
If you don’t have an EpicCare Link account, click here to get started. After you submit your request, our Compliance Departments will review the information and will be in contact with you if there are any questions about our shared patient relationship.

Provider Portal
The provider portal provides access to review eligibility, claims, and authorizations.
Providers with contracted partners such as LSCC and People’s Community Clinic needing access to the provider self-service portal through VeritySource must complete the pre-registration form.
Notice
Seton/Ascension employees and their contracted providers use Chassis to verify eligibility.
