Browser Compatibility

Effective with the release of ADP Workforce Now® v14, you will no longer be able to log in using Internet Explorer (IE) versions 9 or 10. It is imperative that all ADP users who use Internet Explorer to access Workforce Now update their browsers before April 8, 2017 to one of the following supported browsers:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
• Microsoft Edge
• Firefox 45 and higher
• Chrome 50.0 and higher
• Safari 8.x
• Safari 9.0

Please review the screenshots below see how to check which version of Internet Explorer you are using. If you determine that you’re using IE 9 or 10 and you need help updating your browser, please contact User Support at 512-978-8457.
