A Path to Remission, Built on Connected Care
As Christy Perez entered her 50s, she was starting to build the life she wanted for herself. Perez had plans to make the next decade her best years yet. There was the school bus she was converting into a mobile home, her job as a delivery driver, and maybe best yet, her dogs—an adolescent Great Dane and 12-year-old terrier she loved dearly. That soon changed.
Reaching New Heights with MAP
Mckayla Leonares has loved the sport of climbing since she was 20 years old. Whether outdoors on a rockface or pushing upward on an indoor climbing wall, the discipline has given her strength, mobility, confidence, and best yet, good health.
