Central Health Hornsby Bend Health & Wellness Center
The Hornsby Bend Health & Wellness Center is a new facility with nine exam rooms, where Central Health-affiliated CommUnityCare provides care to all, regardless of their ability to pay.
The center also offers health and wellness programs, along with indoor community spaces available for rent, an outdoor playscape, walking trail, and fitness equipment.
